End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and HiddenMine Labs ("HiddenMine", "we", "us") for the software application you have purchased or downloaded (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

a. Licence Grant. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, HiddenMine grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you, and HiddenMine reserves all rights not expressly granted.

b. Purchases and Payments. The Software is sold directly (not through the Apple App Store). Payments, invoicing, and order fulfilment are handled by our authorised reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

c. Refunds. If the Software does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion, subject to the merchant of record's refund process. A licence key that has been used may be excluded from refund where prohibited by law.

d. Licence Keys. Some editions require a licence key to unlock the full version. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Sharing, publishing, or reselling a licence key is a breach of this Agreement and may result in the key being revoked without refund.

e. Restrictions. You may not: (i) copy the Software except as permitted by this licence; (ii) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or your licence key; (iii) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or (iv) modify or create derivative works of the Software, except as permitted by the licensing terms of any open-source components it includes.

f. Updates. HiddenMine may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. This Agreement governs any such updates unless they are accompanied by a separate licence, in which case that licence governs. Major new versions may be offered as separate paid upgrades.

g. Ownership. The Software and all intellectual property rights in it are and remain the property of HiddenMine and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

h. Consent to Use of Data. You agree that HiddenMine may collect and use technical data gathered to facilitate software updates, product support, and licence validation, in a form that does not personally identify you, in accordance with the Software's Privacy Policy.

i. Termination. This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

j. No Warranty. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HIDDENMINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

k. Limitation of Liability. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HIDDENMINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL HIDDENMINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

l. Export Compliance. You may not use, export, or re-export the Software except as authorised by the laws of your jurisdiction and of the jurisdiction in which it was obtained.

m. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable at HiddenMine's principal place of business, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
