iCloud Sync (Optional)

InVideoMark offers optional iCloud sync to keep your bookmarks synchronized across your Apple devices. When you enable iCloud backup:

Your bookmarks, categories, and settings are stored in your personal iCloud Drive
Data is encrypted by Apple during transfer and storage
Only you can access your iCloud data through your Apple ID
We never have access to your iCloud data
You can delete your iCloud backup at any time

iCloud sync is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Your data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure, not on our servers.

Data You Control

You have complete control over your data:

Export — Export all bookmarks to a JSON file at any time
Import — Restore your data from a backup file
iCloud Backup — Sync data across your Apple devices
iCloud Restore — Recover data from iCloud backup
Delete — Clear all local and iCloud data from settings
Uninstall — Removing the extension deletes all local data

Third-Party Services

InVideoMark does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The extension interacts with:

Video platforms — To display bookmark controls on video pages
Apple iCloud — Optional sync service managed entirely by Apple

Permissions

The extension requires minimal permissions:

Storage — To save your bookmarks locally
Context Menus — To provide right-click bookmark options on videos
Native Messaging — To communicate with iCloud services

Children's Privacy

InVideoMark does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
