Terms of Service — inClipMark

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the inClipMark browser extension and related services ("the Service"), provided by Hiddenmine Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. The Service

inClipMark lets you save precise-timestamp bookmarks and clips on supported sites (YouTube, YouTube Kids, SoundCloud, and YouTube Music), organize them with categories and tags, and jump back to them. A separate End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your license to the software itself.

2. Free and Pro tiers

The Free tier includes a limited number of saved items and unlimited categories, stored locally.
The Pro tier unlocks unlimited saved items and Browser sync, and is enabled with a valid license key.
Feature sets and limits may change as the Extension evolves.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Pro is offered as a monthly ($4.99/mo) or yearly ($50/yr) subscription, sold and processed through LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record.
Billing, renewals, taxes, receipts, and payment methods are handled by LemonSqueezy under their terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the management link in your LemonSqueezy purchase/receipt email; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled according to LemonSqueezy's refund policy and any applicable consumer-protection law. For refund requests, contact us at info@emiruckan.com.

4. License keys

Your license key is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. You may activate Pro on your own devices up to any activation limit shown at checkout, and deactivate a device to free an activation. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
attempt to bypass license validation or the Free-tier limits;
interfere with, disrupt, or overload any third-party site or service;
misuse the Extension to infringe the rights of others.

6. Third-party services

The Extension operates on third-party platforms (YouTube, YouTube Kids, SoundCloud, YouTube Music) and uses LemonSqueezy for licensing and payments. Your use of those platforms and services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google/YouTube or SoundCloud. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms.

7. Availability and changes

The Extension depends on third-party sites whose layouts and APIs can change without notice, which may temporarily affect functionality. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, tiers, or the Service itself at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future version of a supported site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiddenmine Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (including Pro) if you breach these Terms or misuse license keys.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hiddenmine Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Hiddenmine Labs: confirm the governing jurisdiction here before publishing.)

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
